TRNS による算数障害児の算数障害の改善: 無作為化二重盲検試験
本研究は、発達性計算力障害 (DD) を有する個人におけるエビデンスに基づく治療の欠如に基づいています。 このトピックでは、本研究では、通常の治療に加えて、背外側前頭前皮質 (DLPFC) または後頭頂皮質 (PPC) に対する経頭蓋ランダムノイズ刺激 (tRNS) の潜在的な影響を調査します。認知トレーニングなど。

調査の概要
詳細な説明
研究デザインは、無作為層別、二重盲検、プラセボ対照です。
DDの子供と青年のグループが選択され、3つの異なる条件にランダムに割り当てられます。1.両側DLPFC +認知トレーニング(Brainstim DLPFC)に対するtRNS。 2. 両側 PPC (Brainstim PPC) + 認知トレーニングによる tRNS。 3. 偽 tRNS (二国間 DLPFC/二国間 PPC; Brainstim Sham) + 認知トレーニング。
このプロジェクトでは、研究者は、tRNS を使用した脳ベースの介入を通常の治療と組み合わせることで、DD 患者の転帰を改善できるかどうかを理解するために取り組みます。
このプロトコルにより、調査員は次のことを行うことができます。
- 2 つの脳領域 (DLPFC または PPC) の重要な役割をテストし、通常は数的能力に関与し、DD を持つ個人で破壊されます。
- tRNS なし (Brainstim Sham) および tRNS (Brainstim DLPFC; Brainstim PPC) を使用した認知トレーニングによる神経の変化を (EEG 記録を使用して) 調べる。

|
アクティブな tRNS は、連続 5 日間、2 週間、合計 10 日間、両側 DLPFC に配信されます。 tRNS は、バッテリー駆動のランダム ノイズ電流刺激装置によって、ゴムバンドでしっかりと固定された生理食塩水に浸したスポンジ電極のペアを介して配信されます。 電極は、電極配置のための 10-20 国際 EEG システムに従って左右の DLPFC、F3 および F4 の位置に配置されますが、参加者は通常の治療 (認知トレーニング) を受けます。 刺激強度は 0.75 ミリアンペア (mA) (100-500 Hz) に設定され、刺激の持続時間は 20 分になります。
