- 1) 法定同意年齢に達していない場合、有効な書面によるインフォームド コンセントまたは同意を提供します。
- 2) 年齢が CAMHS の移行境界に達してから 18 か月以内である - 試用募集期間中。
- 3) DSM-IV-TR、DSM-5、または ICD 10/11 で定義された精神障害を持っているか、CAMHS の定期的なケアを受けている (まだ診断されていない場合);
- 4)以前の標準化された評価によって確認された、または臨床医によって診断された70以上のIQを持っているか、知的障害の兆候はありません。
除外基準:
- 1) 法定同意年齢に達していない場合、有効な書面によるインフォームド コンセントまたは同意を提供しない。
- 2) CAMHS の移行境界まで 18 か月未満である。
- 3)標準化された評価によって確認された、または臨床医によって診断された知的障害(IQ <70)があります。
