脳卒中後、多くの日常生活活動が中断されます。 これらの中断された活動には、通常、基本的なセルフケア、日常生活の道具的活動、余暇、および仕事が含まれます。 参加におけるこれらの変化は、生活の質と生活満足度の低下の一因となります。 Cognitive Orientation to Daily Occupational Performance (CO-OP) アプローチは、学習を強化し、活動パフォーマンスの障壁を克服するために認知戦略を適用する方法をクライアントに教えることに焦点を当てた行動問題解決介入です。
