상세 설명
뇌졸중 후 많은 일상 활동이 중단됩니다. 이러한 중단된 활동에는 일반적으로 기본적인 자가 관리, 일상 생활의 도구적 활동, 여가 및 작업이 포함됩니다. 이러한 참여의 변화는 삶의 질과 삶의 만족도 감소에 기여합니다. CO-OP(Cognitive Orientation to Daily Occupational Performance) 접근 방식은 학습을 향상하고 활동 수행 장벽을 극복하기 위해 인지 전략을 적용하는 방법을 고객에게 가르치는 데 중점을 둔 행동 문제 해결 개입입니다.
CO-OP는 클라이언트가 선택한 의미 있는 활동을 사용하여 새로운 기술 학습 및 신경 재구성을 유도합니다. 이러한 신경가소성의 원리에 따라 경두개 직류 자극(tDCS)은 두피의 표적 부위에 저전류를 적용하여 피질 흥분성을 조절하는 비침습적 뇌 자극 방법입니다.
활동 성과를 개선하고 tDCS가 뇌졸중 후 손상 수준 결과를 개선하기 위한 CO-OP의 긍정적인 효과가 알려져 있습니다. 연구자들은 문제 해결을 지원하는 실행 네트워크의 알려진 신경 허브를 변경하기 위해 tDCS를 사용하여 CO-OP의 알려진 효과가 증폭될 수 있다고 가정합니다. 요컨대, (1) CO-OP는 활동 성능을 향상시키는 데 효과적이며, (2) CO-OP의 효과는 tDCS와 같은 강화된 신경가소성 상태에 뇌를 배치할 수 있는 새로운 방법을 통해 증폭될 수 있습니다.

- 추가적인 신경 장애
- 중등도-중증 실어증(NIH Stroke Scale 실어증 척도 2 이상)
