- 女性
- -インスリン抵抗性に加えてPCOSの診断(ホメオスタシスモデル評価(HOMA)-インスリン抵抗性指数≥2)。
- 18~35歳
除外基準:
- ケトダイエット、菜食主義者、妊娠中、授乳中、クラス 2 肥満 (体格指数 (BMI) ≥35) の現在の喫煙者、または糖尿病、心血管、腎臓、肝臓、またはホルモン疾患を患っている個人。
- 脂質、グルコース、またはホルモンのレベル、および/または体重に影響を与えることが知られている薬またはサプリメントを少なくとも過去3か月間服用している個人.
