各子供は、毎日 AT と PT、または PT のみを週 5 日、2 週間受けます。
これらのセッションは、移植後約 15 日目に開始されます。
セッション開始前と 2 週間のセッション後に、セルフケアとモビリティ スキルが測定されます。

私たちは、心拍数変動、自己評価マネキン、歩行距離と歩数、および小児障害インベントリコンピュータ適応テストによって測定される生理的、感情的、セルフケア、および可動性が、AT および PT グループの大きな改善を示し、媒体を特定するだろうと仮説を立てています。これらの生理学的および健康上の結果により効果的に影響を与えます。

コミュニティベースの歩行持久力を6分間歩行試験(6MWT)で測定。
6MWTは、6分間に歩いた合計距離をメートルで記録します。
身体能力以外に上限はなく、健康な子どもの典型的な値は、年齢と性別によって約400〜700メートルの範囲です。
距離が長いほど持久力と機能的移動能力が優れていることを示し、距離が短いほど持久力が低下していることを示します。
この測定法は小児集団で広く検証されており、小児がん生存者の心血管系フィットネスを予測します。
