조혈모세포이식(HCT)을 받는 아동에 대한 미술치료 및 물리치료 중재의 효과: 무작위 임상시험
본 연구의 목적은 조혈모세포이식(HCT)을 받는 소아에서 미술치료(AT)와 물리치료(PT)의 병용 효과를 PT에 대해서만 비교하는 것이다.
각 어린이는 2주 동안 주 5일 동안 매일 AT 및 PT 또는 PT만 받게 됩니다.
이 세션은 이식 후 대략 15일째에 시작됩니다.
세션 시작 전과 세션 2주 후 자가 관리 및 이동성 기술이 측정됩니다.
각 세션 동안 다음 변수가 측정됩니다. 가슴에 있는 작은 모니터(약 1/4 크기)를 사용하여 심박 변이도(즉, 심장 박동 사이의 시간), 가속도계를 사용하여 걷는 거리(시계 착용과 유사) , 자기보고 행복과 흥분.

상세 설명
이 정량적 무작위 임상 시험에서는 조혈 세포 이식을 받는 어린이를 대상으로 PT 단독 중재와 비교하여 공동 미술 치료(AT) 및 물리 치료(PT) 중재의 효과를 조사할 것입니다.
우리는 심박수 변이도, 자가 평가 마네킹, 보행 거리 및 걸음수, 소아 장애 목록 전산화 적응 테스트로 측정된 생리적, 정서적, 자기 관리 및 이동성이 AT 및 PT 그룹에 대해 더 큰 개선을 보여줄 뿐만 아니라 미디어를 식별할 것이라고 가정합니다. 이러한 생리적 및 건강 결과에 더 효과적으로 영향을 미칩니다.

커뮤니티 기반 보행 지구력은 6분 걷기 검사(6MWT)로 측정합니다.
6MWT는 6분 동안 걸은 총 거리를 미터 단위로 기록합니다.
신체 능력 이외에는 상한이 없으며, 건강한 아동의 경우 연령과 성별에 따라 일반적으로 약 400-700미터 범위의 값을 보입니다.
더 먼 거리는 더 나은 지구력과 기능적 이동성을 나타내며, 더 짧은 거리는 감소된 지구력을 나타냅니다.
