一時滞在者のフレイルに対するジャンヌ・レオン・プログラム®の有効性 (FRAQOL)
仮設住宅の難点は、フレイルの管理です。 フレイルは、高齢者の活動を低下させるリスクを表します。 Jeanne & Léon Développement® は、いくつかの側面 (身体的および/または栄養的および/または社会的および/または心理的) を統合した活動プログラムを提供します。 ジャンヌ&レオン®活動プログラムの期待される利益、仮設住宅での居住者の脆弱性と生活の質に対する効果を得るために、これらのアプローチの少なくとも1つの活動が世界的な刺激剤として使用され、残りのスキルを活性化して支援する虚弱症候群と闘う。 これを行うために、一時的な宿泊施設の枠組み、グループのダイナミクス、およびプロのファシリテーターの存在により、プログラムを順守するための条件が保証され、刺激的な活動の実現が促進されます。
住宅活動プログラム中に開始された活性化の現象は、時間の経過とともに維持される虚弱の構成要素の改善につながる可能性があります。 これは、活動プログラムに従った後のイベントの発生に関して評価されます。
調査の概要
詳細な説明
臨床評価は調査医によって実施される。
初期フォローアップ: 脆弱性と生活の質の評価は、Résidence Les Tamaris の訓練を受けた看護スタッフ (医師、看護師) によって実施されます。 臨床評価には、胸腺疾患のスクリーニングが含まれます。 すべての実験者は、事前にプロトコルと GCP で具体的に訓練されます。
V0 (住居への入場後 72 時間以内に実施された包含訪問): 情報および非反対の後の包含、その後、対照群または介入群への無作為化 V1 (住居への入場後 96 時間以内に実施された初期評価訪問):レジデント V2 の初期評価 (V1+ 21 日 +/- 1 日: 主な研究訪問の終わり): 主な研究の最終評価。
住居からの退院の場合: 参加者の連絡先情報とフォローアップの電話スケジュールの確認。
プログラム後のフォローアップ: レジデンスのスタッフによる中間イベントの特定
VS1 (V2 + 1 か月)、SV2 (V2 + 3 か月): オンサイト フォローアップまたは電話による参加者のインタビュー VS3 (V2 + 6 か月): オンサイト フォローアップまたは最終電話。

住民の居住区で行われます。
説明
包含基準:
- 60歳以上
- レジデンス・レ・タマリスの仮設住宅に最大72時間滞在している参加者
- 評価を完了し、Jeanne & Léon® プログラムの活動に参加するのに十分なフランス語による視覚、聴覚、口頭または筆記能力
- 活動プログラム・一時滞在終了後、最長6ヶ月間、調査・フォローアップに参加することに同意する
- 治験責任医師と研究に参加する居住者、または家族または指定された信頼できる人物(該当する場合)が共同署名した情報メモを伴う異議のないこと
- 社会保障制度に加入している必要があります

- 入居者・ご家族・指定支援者の参加拒否
- コミュニケーション障害、感覚および/または運動障害
- 医学的禁忌
- 参加者はすでに別の研究プロトコルに含まれています
