この研究を実施する全体的な目的は、骨粗鬆症の脊椎圧迫骨折の増強に対する V-Flex と V-Steady の安全性と有効性を評価し、PMMA 骨セメントにセメント軟化剤を追加することが PMMA 骨セメント単独に匹敵することを検証することです。 (V-安定)。

この臨床研究は、PMMA 単独 (V-Steady) または PMMA と Inossia™ セメント軟化剤 (V-Flex) を混合した椎体形成術または後弯形成術によって治療された脊椎圧迫骨折の前向き、単盲検、対照多施設研究です。
この研究を実施する全体的な目的は、骨粗鬆症の脊椎圧迫骨折の増強のために PMMA と混合した Inossia™ セメント軟化剤の安全性と有効性を確認し、V-Flex が少なくとも現在使用されている PMMA 製品。
すべての適格な患者は、研究に参加するよう招待されます。 合計150人の患者が研究に登録されます。

包含基準:
- 研究関連の活動の前にインフォームドコンセントが得られた(研究関連の活動とは、患者の通常の管理、つまり標準治療では実行されなかったであろうあらゆる手順です)。
- 症候性の骨粗鬆症性脊椎圧迫骨折で、事前に治療を受けていない、または6か月以内に治療に反応しない;
- -レベルTh5からL5に局在し、MRIまたは骨スキャンによって検証された治療に適格な最大1レベルの脊椎圧迫骨折;
- X線で決定された最も近い正常な椎体と比較して、前壁の圧縮が60%を超えない、影響を受けた椎骨(e)の高さの減少。
- 定期的な鎮痛剤の摂取を必要とする、および/または日常生活の実質的な障害を引き起こす骨折レベルに相関する痛みがある;
- -スクリーニング訪問時の骨折レベル(スケール0〜100 mm)の少なくとも1つに相関するVASによって測定された痛みスコア≥40 mm;
- オスウェストリー障害指数 > 20 (0 - 100 スケール);
- SF-12PCS インデックス < 80 (0 - 100 スケール);
- -手順を理解し、研究に参加し、フォローアッププログラムに準拠するコミュニケーション能力を持つ患者。
除外基準:
- 18歳未満の患者;
- 破裂骨折;
- -治験責任医師によって評価された神経学的欠損または棘突起間拡大によって定義される不安定な骨折、および後弯> 30°、並進> 4 mm;
- -骨折した椎骨の悪性が確立されているか疑われています。 骨折した椎骨の血管腫;
- 高エネルギー外傷または髄核ヘルニアまたは重度の脊柱管狭窄症の臨床診断(進行性の衰弱によって示唆される);
- 骨折した椎骨に関連する神経症状または障害、または神経根障害がある;
- BMIが極端に高い患者、すなわち BMI≧40;
- 以前に椎体形成術または後弯術で治療された;
- -骨折の侵襲的治療によって悪化する可能性のある付随疾患のある患者。 -治験責任医師が判断した重度の心肺機能障害(大動脈瘤を含む)
- 不可逆的な凝固障害または出血性疾患。 可逆的凝固障害に関する注意: クマジンまたはその他の抗凝固薬を服用している患者は参加できます。 治験責任医師は、周術期の中止と抗凝固薬の再開について、日常的な慣行に従う必要があります。
- 穿刺部位での活動性の全身感染症または局所皮膚感染症;
- 妊娠中または授乳中;
- 既知の化学物質依存症または薬物を有する患者、または薬物乱用の病歴がある患者;
- 懲役刑に服している患者;
