该临床研究是一项前瞻性、单盲、多中心对照研究,研究对象为单独使用 PMMA(V-Steady)或使用 PMMA 与 Inossia™ 水泥软化剂(V-Flex)混合的椎体成形术或后凸成形术治疗的椎体压缩性骨折。
进行这项研究的总体目的是确认 Inossia™ Cement Softener 与 PMMA 混合用于增加骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的安全性和有效性,并验证 V-Flex 至少与今天使用的 PMMA 产品。

纳入标准:
- 在任何与研究相关的活动之前获得的知情同意书(与研究相关的活动是在患者的正常管理过程中不会执行的任何程序,即护理标准);
- 有症状的骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折,之前没有或 6 个月内对药物治疗没有反应;
- 最多 1 级符合治疗条件的椎体压缩性骨折位于 Th5 至 L5 级,并通过 MRI 或骨扫描进行验证;
- 与通过 X 射线确定的最近的正常椎体相比,受影响的椎骨 (e) 的高度减少,前壁压缩不超过 60%;
- 疼痛与骨折水平相关,需要定期服用镇痛剂和/或导致日常生活严重残疾;
- 在筛选访问时通过 VAS 测量的疼痛评分≥ 40 毫米,与至少一个骨折水平(0-100 毫米)相关;
- Oswestry 残疾指数 > 20(0 - 100 等级);
- SF-12PCS 指数 < 80(0 - 100 刻度);
- 具有沟通能力的患者可以理解程序并参与研究并遵守后续计划。
排除标准:
- 18岁以下患者;
- 任何爆裂性骨折;
- 由研究者评估的神经功能缺损或棘突间增宽定义的不稳定骨折,以及脊柱后凸 > 30°,平移 > 4 毫米;
- 确定或怀疑骨折的椎骨恶性肿瘤。 椎骨骨折的血管瘤;
- 进行性无力提示高能量外伤或临床诊断为髓核突出或严重椎管狭窄;
- 有神经系统症状或缺陷,或与骨折椎骨相关的神经根病;
- BMI 极高的患者,即 体重指数≥40;
