CAPTIVA-MRI は、CAPTIVA 試験 [約 115 の StrokeNet 施設で実施され、70 ~ 99% の頭蓋内アテローム性動脈硬化性狭窄 (ICAS) に起因する脳卒中患者をランダム化する 3 群二重盲検第 III 相試験に付随する観察的多モード MR 画像研究です。 )アスピリンとチカグレロル、クロピドグレル、またはリバーロキサバンの併用。
この補助研究の主な目的は、MRI バイオマーカーが最善の医療管理を怠った ICAS 患者を潜在的に特定できるかどうかを判断することです。

包含基準:
- CAPTIVA試験への登録:頭蓋内ICA、MCA、BA、またはVAの70~99%狭窄に続発する30日以内の障害を伴わない症候性虚血性梗塞脳卒中
- CAPTIVA登録後14日以内にベースライン研究用MRIを取得できること
除外基準:
- 米国放射線学会のガイドラインに基づくペースメーカーまたはその他の MRI 禁忌を含む MRI を受けられない、または受けたくない62
- ガドリニウム造影剤アレルギーまたはeGFRが30 ml/分/1.73m2未満の急性または慢性腎臓病
