CAPTIVA-MRI on havainnollinen multimodaalinen MR-kuvaustutkimus, joka on lisäosa CAPTIVA-tutkimukselle [kolmihaarainen, kaksoissokkoutettu vaiheen III tutkimus, joka suoritettiin noin 115 StrokeNet-kohdassa ja satunnaistettiin potilaat, joilla on aivohalvaus, jonka syynä on 70-99 % kallonsisäinen ateroskleroottinen ahtauma (ICAS). ) aspiriinille plus tikagrelorille, klopidogreelille tai rivaroksabaanille.]

Kuvaus
Sisällyttämiskriteerit:
- Ilmoittautuminen CAPTIVA-tutkimukseen: oireeton iskeeminen aivohalvaus 30 päivän kuluessa sekundaarista 70–99 %:n kallonsisäisen ICA:n, MCA:n, BA:n tai VA:n ahtauman vuoksi
- Mahdollisuus saada lähtötason magneettikuvaus 14 päivän kuluessa CAPTIVA-ilmoittautumisesta
Poissulkemiskriteerit:
- Ei pysty tai halua tehdä magneettikuvausta, mukaan lukien sydämentahdistin tai muut MRI-vasta-aiheet American College of Radiology -ohjeiden mukaan62
- Gadoliinivarjoaineallergia tai akuutti tai krooninen munuaissairaus, jossa eGFR < 30 ml/min/1,73 m2
