Sammenligning av anti-koagulasjon og anti-blodplateterapi for intrakraniell vaskulær aterostenose - magnetisk resonansavbildning (CAPTIVA-MRI)

CAPTIVA-MRI er en observasjonell multimodal MR-avbildningsstudie som er en tilleggsstudie til CAPTIVA-studien [en 3-arms, dobbeltblind fase III-studie utført på omtrent 115 StrokeNet-steder som randomiserer pasienter med hjerneslag tilskrevet 70-99 % intrakraniell aterosklerotisk stenose (ICAS) ) til aspirin pluss ticagrelor, klopidogrel eller rivaroxaban.]
Hovedmålet med denne tilleggsstudien er å avgjøre om MR-biomarkører potensielt kan identifisere ICAS-pasienter som mislykkes med den beste medisinske behandlingen.
CAPTIVA-MRI-studien utnytter CAPTIVA-studiedesignet og -implementeringen for å fange informasjon som vil informere og lette neste generasjon ICAS-studier og håndtering av pasienter med ICAS.

ICAS-pasienter som nylig har hatt hjerneslag og ble registrert i CAPTIVA.
Beskrivelse
Inklusjonskriterier:
- Påmelding til CAPTIVA-studien: ikke-invalidiserende symptomatisk iskemisk infarktslag innen 30 dager sekundært til 70-99 % stenose av intrakraniell ICA, MCA, BA eller VA
- Evne til å oppnå baseline-studie-MR innen 14 dager etter CAPTIVA-registrering
Ekskluderingskriterier:
- Kan ikke eller vil ikke gjennomgå MR, inkludert pacemaker eller andre MR-kontraindikasjoner i henhold til American College of Radiologys retningslinjer62
- Gadolinium kontrastallergi eller akutt eller kronisk nyresykdom med eGFR<30 ml/min/1,73m2
