詳細な説明
腹部経路で妊娠を解消するために外科的管理が必要な妊娠患者は、産科患者の麻酔科記録と評価シートから特定されます。 期間は2019年1月から2023年12月まで。
データは Excel ソフトウェアで構成されるデータベースに収集されます。 収集される母体データ:全帝王切開手術手順のうち、入院記録、投与された麻酔技術、および外科的介入の日付が収集されます。
全身麻酔法で手術を受けた患者は特定され、人口統計データ(名前、年齢、入院歴、体重、身長、BMI、産科データ、妊娠数、出産数、帝王切開、中絶、妊娠週数)が記録されます。診断。 、介入の種類、実行された手順、麻酔法の特徴、麻酔導入に使用された薬剤も記録されます。
麻酔技術に関連する合併症(術中の覚醒、気管挿管の失敗、肺誤嚥など)が記録されます。
抜管または挿管された患者の手術室からの退院状況が記録されます。
収集された胎児データ: 出生前胎児診断が取得され、推定体重と在胎週数の超音波測定による分類が取得され、在胎週数に応じた体重、在胎週数に対して小さい体重、または在胎週数に対して大きい体重に割り当てられます。
新生児の結果から、出生時の状態、体重、身長、在胎期間、および適切な体重、低体重または高体重に割り当てられた出生時のサイズが記録されます。
アプガースコアは 1 分後と 5 分後に取得されます。 新生児が同室のままである場合、または監視、中期または集中治療のために退院する場合、即時ケア後の新生児の状態が記録されます。
産科患者の評価シートにないデータは、麻酔科、看護科、新生児科の記録および電子記録で裏付けられます。 データベースが取得されたら、統計分析が実行されます。
