Las pacientes gestantes que requirieron manejo quirúrgico para resolver el embarazo por vía abdominal serán identificadas a partir de los registros de anestesiología y hojas de evaluación de la paciente obstétrica. Durante el periodo de enero de 2019 a diciembre de 2023.
Los datos serán recogidos en una base de datos compuesta por un software Excel. Datos maternos recogidos: Del total de procedimientos de cirugía de cesárea, se recogen los siguientes: historia hospitalaria, técnica anestésica administrada y fecha de la intervención quirúrgica.
Se identificarán las pacientes que fueron intervenidas quirúrgicamente bajo técnica de anestesia general y se registrarán sus datos demográficos (nombre, edad, expediente hospitalario, peso, talla, IMC, datos obstétricos, número de embarazos, nacimientos, cesáreas, abortos, semanas de gestación) diagnóstico. También se registrarán las características de la técnica anestésica, los fármacos utilizados para la inducción anestésica.
Se registrarán las complicaciones asociadas a la técnica anestésica, tales como: despertar intraoperatorio, intubación traqueal fallida y aspiración pulmonar.
Se registrará el estado de alta del paciente del quirófano, extubado o intubado.
Datos fetales recopilados: Se obtendrá el diagnóstico fetal prenatal, así como su clasificación mediante medición ecográfica del peso estimado y semanas de gestación asignadas al peso adecuado para la edad gestacional, pequeño para la edad gestacional o grande para la edad gestacional.
De los resultados del recién nacido se registra la condición al nacer, peso, talla, edad gestacional, así como la talla al nacer asignada en: peso adecuado, bajo o alto.
La puntuación de Apgar se obtendrá al minuto y a los 5 minutos. Se registrará el estado del recién nacido después de la atención inmediata si permanece en alojamiento conjunto o es dado de alta para vigilancia, terapia intermedia o intensiva.
Los datos que no se encuentren en las hojas de evaluación de la paciente obstétrica serán corroborados en registros de anestesiología, enfermería, neonatología y registros electrónicos. Una vez obtenida la base de datos se realizará el análisis estadístico.
