調査の概要
詳細な説明
研究者らは、風邪の対症療法として、イブプロフェン + ロラタジンの固定用量併用療法とイブプロフェンとロラタジンの組み合わせを比較する予定です。 介入に関連する有害事象は追跡調査中に記録されます。
症状が悪化した場合、または患者の臨床状態が追加の薬剤の使用を必要とする場合、主任研究者または指定医師が個々の臨床状態および身体検査に従って処方を担当し、これは「」として記録されます。併用薬」。
参加者は次のことを行います:
- 3 つの介入グループ (A、B、C) のいずれかにランダムに割り当てられます。
- 0日目(登録日)と7日目にクリニックを受診してください。
- ランダム化訪問時 (V0) に最初の症状関連のアンケートに回答し、朝起きたときに次のアンケートに回答します。最後のアンケートは最後の訪問時 (7 日目) に回答されます。

包含基準:
- 研究への参加に同意し、書面によるインフォームドコンセントを与える
- 身体検査および問診によると、ジャクソンスケールで少なくとも 6 点(くしゃみ、鼻水、鼻閉、喉の痛み、咳、頭痛、倦怠感、悪寒)。
- 発症から最大3日以内の風邪に関連する症状
- 医学的に許容される避妊法を受けていれば妊娠する可能性のある女性
- 研究主任 (PI) または治療医師の裁量により、研究製品による治療が適応され、臨床上の利点が得られる場合があります。
除外基準:
- 呼吸器症状が細菌由来であると疑われ、次のような臨床像を呈する患者:副鼻腔炎(化膿性粘液分泌物、頭痛または顔面痛など)、下気道疾患(喘鳴、パチパチ音、湿性咳など)。 )、急性中耳炎(耳痛、化膿性耳だれ、聴覚の不快感など)。
- 治験治療を含む別の臨床試験に参加している患者、または研究開始前4週間以内に治験に参加している患者
- 研究への参加に影響を与える可能性のある患者(研究機関やスポンサーとの雇用関係、受刑者等)
- 医学的裁量により、予後に影響を及ぼし外来治療を妨げる疾患。たとえば、末期がん、腎臓、心臓、呼吸不全、肝不全、精神疾患、または予定された外科手術や入院処置を伴う疾患。
- 治験責任医師が患者にリスクをもたらす可能性がある、または治験製品の有効性と安全性を混乱させる可能性があると判断した疾患または状態の病歴/存在
- 医学的理由により治験薬が禁忌とされている患者
- 治験薬の有効成分、関連製品、または賦形剤(ロラタジンのイブプロフェン)に対してアレルギーまたは過敏症のある患者
- 妊娠中の女性、授乳中の女性、または研究実施中に妊娠を計画している女性
- 胃腸疾患の重大な病歴(例:胃潰瘍、クローン病、潰瘍性大腸炎など)
- 慢性肝不全の病歴 Child-Pugh A、B、および/または C
- 急性腎不全の病歴(糸球体濾過速度<30 ml/min/1.72) m2)
- 過去1年間にアルコールまたは薬物乱用歴のある患者
- 新型コロナウイルス感染症を示唆する症状(発熱、咳、呼吸困難)がある患者、および/または過去14日間に新型コロナウイルス感染症の疑いのある患者または陽性患者と接触した患者
