研究の参加者はベースライン調査を完了し、臨床データ、検査データ、身体測定値を取得します。 参加者は、出生時と出産後 6 か月ごとに、出産後 24 か月ごとにこれらの手順を繰り返します。 介入グループにランダムに割り当てられると、参加者は隔週で 40 回の PAT+HEALTH カリキュラム実施セッションを完了します。各セッションは約 60 ~ 90 分続きます。

- 彼女と彼女の子供が両方とも参加することを理解し、研究参加についてインフォームドコンセントを与えることができる。
除外基準:
- 減量プログラムに現在登録している、
- ウォーキングプログラムに参加できない、
- 活性物質の乱用
- 体重に影響を与えることが知られている薬剤による治療(コルチコステロイド、抗精神病薬など)
- 今後 2 年以内に移転する予定がある、または
- インフォームドコンセントを提供することに消極的。
