この研究は、標準的な昼食後の後の構造化された午後のエクササイズセッションを伴う3期間の無作為化クロスオーバー試験です。 3つのセッションは次のとおりです。(1)睡眠モードのポンプ付きの食事ボーラスのTI、(2)睡眠モードのポンプ付き食事ボーラスのRAA、(3)運動開始の1時間前に運動モードに移行する標準モードのポンプ付きの食事ボーラスのRAA。 この研究は、コントロールIQを使用してT1Dを使用して、18歳以上から60歳以下の成人の有酸素運動を開始する前に、食事のためにボーラスとして与えられたTIとRAAの有効性と安全性を比較するために行われています。
すべての参加者は、3回のエクササイズセッションを完了し、注文はランダム化によって決定されます。

- タンデムT:スクリーニング訪問の少なくとも90日前にコントロールIQを備えたスリムX2インスリンポンプ
- タンデムでインスリンアスパートまたはインスリンlisproを使用する:スリムx2インスリンポンプ
- 毎日の総インスリン投与量20〜80ユニット
- 50グラムの炭水化物昼食のための通常のRAAインスリンボーラスは≤12単位です
- 身体的に活動的で、少なくとも3つの中程度または活発なエクササイズセッションが参加者によって自己報告された典型的な週ごとに30分以上
- 医療、精神医学、またはその他の状態、または研究者の判断において研究に参加することは、研究への参加の安全上の懸念ではないと考えられていません
- 参加者によって行われる通常の運動とその全体的な病状を考慮に入れる調査員の判断において、心電図(ECG)の異常は、運動のリスクを高めることはありません

除外基準:
- スクリーニング訪問の1週間以内に吸入インスリンの使用
- 喘息、慢性閉塞性肺疾患(COPD)、またはその他の臨床的に重要な肺疾患(例えば、嚢胞性線維症または気管支肺形成異常)、または調査員によって判断された重大な先天性または後天性心肺疾患の

- 肺がんの病歴または現在の診断

妊娠中または授乳中の研究中に妊娠することを計画しているか、出産の可能性があり、許容可能な形態の避妊ではありません(許容可能な禁止、コンドーム、口腔/注射可能な避妊薬、IUD、またはインプラント);出産の可能性とは、月経が開始されたことを意味し、参加者は閉経後12ヶ月以降に外科的に滅菌または大きくないことを意味します)
•出産の可能性がある人には妊娠検査が必要です。
- 捜査官によって判断されたように、訪問の90日以内に捜査官によって判断された重度の低血糖のイベント
- スクリーニング訪問の90日以内にセクション5.2で定義されている糖尿病性ケトシドーシス(DKA)のエピソード
- 調査員の判断において、グルコース代謝に大きく影響する可能性がある、薬物療法(ベータ遮断薬など)の糖尿病または現在の使用(または研究中に予想される使用)以外の疾患
- スクリーニング訪問の4週間以内に、非インスリングルコース低下薬(またはグルコース低下効果を備えた体重減少薬)の使用
- スクリーニング訪問の90日前の治験薬への暴露
- 研究の期間中、経口、吸入、または注射可能なグルココルチコイドの現在または予想される急性の使用(局所または鼻腔内グルココルチコイドの使用は許容されます)

- 研究期間中の低炭水化物食(<50グラム/日)または低カロリー食(<800 kcal/日)の現在または予想される使用
