  • 일시적인 골수증식성 장애(TMD), 골수이형성 증후군(MDS) 또는 급성 골수성 백혈병(AML)이 있는 세포유전학적으로 입증된 다운 증후군(헌법적 삼염색체성 21)

    • 골수 흡인, 뇌척수액 검사 또는 혈액 검사로 확인해야 함

  • 그룹 I:

    • 최초 발병 90일 이내의 환자에서 TMD 진단

실험적: A군: TMD 환자만 해당
일시적인 골수 증식 장애(TMD)가 개입을 필요로 하지 않는 경우 환자를 관찰합니다. TMD에 대한 치료가 필요한 환자는 연속 3일 동안 백혈구 성분채집술 또는 교환 수혈을 받습니다. TMD가 해결되지 않거나 심각한 장기 침범이 있는 경우 환자는 0-4일에 지속적으로 저용량 시타라빈 IV를 투여받습니다. 치료는 최대 4코스까지 최소 2주마다 반복됩니다. 해결 후 최소 8주 후에 TMD가 재발하거나 불응성 질환이 있는 환자는 추가 치료를 위해 II군으로 진행할 수 있습니다. 환자는 발생하는 백혈병의 유형에 관계없이 관해 유도, EFS, DFS 및 OS에 대해 계속 추적될 것입니다.
