- 말초 혈액 절대 림프구 수가 5,000/mm^3 이상
- 림프구증가증은 형태학적으로 55% 이하의 전림프구, 비정형 림프구 또는 림프구를 포함하는 중소 크기의 림프구를 포함해야 합니다.
다음에 의해 정의되는 표현형으로 특성화된 CLL:
- 우세한 세포 집단은 다른 범T 세포 마커(CD3 또는 CD2) 없이 CD5와 B 세포 항원을 공유합니다.

실험적: 암 A(PCR)
