상세 설명
폐쇄성 수면 무호흡 증후군(OSAS) 환자의 혈청 코티솔 수치에 일관되지 않은 반응이 있는 것으로 나타났지만 이러한 장기 연구에서 순응도 문제로 인해 호르몬 수치의 변화가 보이지 않았는지 여부는 확인되지 않았습니다.
이 조사자들은 CPAP(Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) 기계를 모니터링하는 순응도를 사용하고 치료 전후에 "졸음"을 평가할 것입니다.
