조직학적으로 확인된 유방의 원발성 침윤성 선암종
- I기, II기 또는 IIIA기 질환
- 전이성 질환 없음
- 수정된 근치적 유방 절제술 또는 유방 보존 수술을 받고 회복되어야 합니다.
- 에스트로겐 수용체 양성(ER+) 및/또는 프로게스테론 수용체 양성(PR+)
- 현재 등록 전 ≥ 90일 동안 3세대 아로마타제 억제제(AI)[예: 아나스트로졸(아리미덱스®), 레트로졸(페마라®) 또는 엑세메스탄(아로마신®)]을 복용하고 있으며 등록 후 ≥ 180일 동안 계속할 계획
- 지난 14일 이내에 S092 간략한 통증 목록(BPI)-Short Form을 완료해야 하며 AI 요법으로 시작했거나 증가한 BPI(항목 #2)에서 최악의 통증/경직이 5 이상이어야 합니다.
환자 특성:

- 무혈청 에스트라디올, 총 에스트라디올, 혈청 염증 마커(IL6, TNF-α, CRP), DHA 및 EPA, 지질 프로파일(LDL, HDL, 트리글리세리드) 및 DNA 분석(CYP19A1)을 위해 혈액을 제출할 의향이 있습니다.
