포함 기준:
- 1. 사전동의서 서명 당시 18세 이상인 여성 또는 남성 환자
- 2.ECOG(Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group) 수행 상태 0 또는 1
- 3. 결장 또는 직장의 선암종의 조직학적 또는 세포학적 진단이 확인되었으며 원발성 종양이 있거나 없는 경우. 야생형 또는 돌연변이 KRAS 종양 상태.
- 4. 환자는 수술 전 화학 요법의 결정이 고려되는 절제 가능한 전이성 질환을 나타내야 합니다. 절제 가능성은 표시된 경우 하나 또는 여러 단계로 계획할 수 있습니다. 일반적으로 인정되는 바와 같이, 절제 가능성은 종양이 없고 적절한 간 보존과 호환되는 모든 감지 가능한 (간) 병변의 외과적 제거(+/- 고주파 절제)를 의미합니다. 실질적으로 양측 종양 위치, 병변의 수와 위치, 부적절한 간 예비력이 주요 결정 요인으로 남아 있습니다.
- 5. 환자가 mCRC에 대한 화학 요법을 받은 적이 없는 경우 포함 전 3개월 이내에 전이성 질환의 부분 및 경미한 절제가 허용됩니다.
- 6. 추가 간 전이 위치는 1개 부위로 제한됩니다. Extra-hepatic 위치는 한 단계 수술에서 쉽게 절제할 수 있어야 합니다.
- 7. 화학요법의 마지막 용량이 포함되기 최소 6개월 전에(옥살리플라틴의 경우 12개월) 투여된 경우, 환자는 골반에 대한 보조 화학요법 또는 (신) 보조 화학방사선요법을 받았을 수 있습니다. 골반에 대한 이전 방사선 요법은 제외 기준이 아닙니다.
- 8. 다음과 같은 적절한 혈액학적, 신장 및 간 기능: 혈액학적 호중구 > 1.5 x 109/L 혈소판 > 100 x 109/L 신장 크레아티닌 < 1.5 x ULN(정상 상한치) 간 빌리루빈 < 1.5 X ULN AST(아스파르트산 아미노전이효소) , ALT(알라닌 아미노전이효소) < 5 x ULN Phos Alc. < 5 x ULN
- 9. 단백뇨 <2+(딥스틱 요검사) 또는 =1g/24시간.
- 10. 무작위화 전 6개월 이내에 심근경색 및/또는 뇌졸중의 병력이 없음. 조절되지 않는 고혈압(수축기 혈압 >150 mmHg 및/또는 이완기 혈압 > 100 mmHg으로 정의됨), 또는 고혈압 위기 또는 고혈압성 뇌병증의 병력이 없습니다.
- 11. 여성 환자는 폐경 후, 불임(외과적 또는 방사선 또는 화학적 유도)이거나 허용 가능한 피임 방법을 사용하여 성적으로 활발한 경우여야 합니다.

- 13. 적극적인 치료 없이 최소 3개월의 기대 수명.
제외 기준:
- 1.절제 불가능한 mCRC(전이성 대장직장암)(3개월 화학 요법 후에도 절제 가능성이 불확실하거나 가능성이 없는 경우 환자는 시험에서 제외됨).
- 2.mCRC에 대한 선행 화학 요법 또는 전신 요법. 결장직장암에 대한 보조 화학요법은 포함 전 6개월 이상 완료한 경우 제외 기준이 아닙니다. 옥살리플라틴 기반 화학요법은 포함되기 1년 이상 전에 완료되어야 합니다.
- 3. 이전에 베바시주맙, 애플리버셉트(또는 다른 항-VEGF(혈관 내피 성장 인자) 요법)를 사용했습니다.
- 4. 이전에 상복부 방사선 치료를 받은 경우.
- 5. 임상적 또는 방사선학적 평가에 의해 결정된 복수, 간경변, 문맥 고혈압, 주요 문맥 종양 침범 또는 혈전증의 증거.
