- 환상지통증(PLP)은 절단되거나 구심력이 상실된 사지의 통증을 말합니다. 환상지 통증은 뇌 피질의 가소성 변화와 관련이 있을 수 있습니다.
- 이 연구의 목적은 비침습적이고 집중적인 뇌 자극 방법인 일련의 경두개 직류 자극(tDCS) 세션이 환상지 통증을 경험하는 절단 환자의 장기적인 감소 효과를 확인하는 것입니다.

포함 기준:
- 18~80세
- 연구 등록 최소 6개월 전부터 사지 절단
- 일주일에 최소 2회 PLP의 존재 및 연구 개시 4주 전에 존재
- 서면 동의서
제외 기준:
- 주요 신경계 또는 정신 질환의 공존
- 통증 완화를 목표로 하는 별도의 연구에 적극적으로 등록
- 외상 후 스트레스 장애(PTSD) 진단을 받은 환자
- 과거 뇌 수술, 뇌 이식, 달팽이관 이식, 간질 또는 과거 발작과 같은 비침습적 뇌 자극에 대한 금기 사항
- 임산부
- 외상성 절단 환자 그룹 내 - 당뇨병 진단을 받은 피험자
