2개의 응급 병동에서 일반적인 급성 질환(감염성 대장염, 게실염, 폐렴, 전립선염, 신우신염, 발목 염좌)에 대한 의사 환자 커뮤니케이션 척도(DPC) 및 준수 척도에 대한 6개의 환자 정보 전단지(PIL)의 영향을 평가합니다.
개입 없이 "이전" 연구: PIL 없이 일반적인 상담 .
개입이 있는 "연구 후"의 경우: 상담 중에 환자에게 자신의 질병과 관련된 PIL이 제공됩니다.
자료수집은 DPC척도 자기기입 설문지 상담 당일, DPC척도 및 준수도 전화조사 상담 후 7~10일 사이에 실시한다.
