Beoordeling van de impact van zes patiëntenbijsluiters (PIL's) op de Doctor Patient Communication-schaal (DPC) en therapietrouwschaal voor veel voorkomende acute ziekten (infectieuze colitis, diverticulitis, pneumonitis, prostatitis, pyelonefritis, enkelverstuiking) op twee spoedeisende hulpafdelingen.
Voor studie "voor" zonder tussenkomst: gewoon consult zonder bijsluiter.
Voor "nastudie" met tussenkomst: de patiënt krijgt tijdens de raadpleging een bijsluiter die verband houdt met zijn ziekte.
Het verzamelen van gegevens vindt plaats op dezelfde dag als het consult door middel van een zelf in te vullen vragenlijst voor de DPC-schaal en ook tussen 7 en 10 dagen na het telefonische consult voor de DPC-schaal en therapietrouw.

Beschrijving
Inclusiecriteria:
- Volwassen patiënt.
- Minderjarige ouder dan 15 jaar vergezeld van een verantwoordelijke volwassene.
- De patiënt moet binnen zeven tot tien dagen na het consult telefonisch bereikbaar zijn.
Uitsluitingscriteria:
- Ongeletterde patiënt.
- Patiënt weigert vervolggesprek.
- Patiënt met een visuele of auditieve beperking.
- Patiënt niet-Franstalig.
- Particuliere vrijheidspatiënt door gerechtelijk of administratief.
- Persoon als maatstaf van rechtsbescherming.

Alle patiënten worden zeven tot tien dagen na de afgifte van een bijsluiter tijdens het bezoek gebeld om een vragenlijst in te vullen over hun perceptie van Dokter-Patiëntcommunicatie (DPC) sinds hun bezoek aan de huisarts.
Il zal toelaten om een DPC-score te berekenen.
