Description détaillée
Évaluation de l'impact de six notices d'information patient (PIL) sur l'échelle de communication médecin-patient (DPC) et l'échelle d'observance pour les maladies aiguës courantes (colite infectieuse, diverticulite, pneumonite, prostatite, pyélonéphrite, entorse de la cheville) dans deux services d'urgence.
Pour l'étude « avant » sans intervention : consultation habituelle sans LIP .
Pour les "après étude" avec intervention : le patient se voit remettre une PIL liée à sa maladie lors de la consultation.
La collecte des données aura lieu le jour même de la consultation par questionnaire auto-administré pour l'échelle DPC et également entre 7 à 10 jours après la consultation par enquête téléphonique pour l'échelle DPC et l'échelle d'adhésion.

La description
Critère d'intégration:
- Patiente adulte.
- Mineur de plus de 15 ans accompagné d'un adulte responsable.
- Le patient doit être joignable par téléphone dans les sept à dix jours suivant la consultation.
Critère d'exclusion:
- Patient analphabète.
- Patient refusant un appel de suivi.
- Patient ayant une déficience visuelle ou auditive.
- Patient non francophone.
- Patient privé de liberté par voie judiciaire ou administrative.
- Personne faisant l'objet d'une mesure de protection juridique.

Tous les patients seront appelés sept à dix jours après la délivrance d'un PIL lors de la visite pour répondre à un questionnaire sur leur perception de la Communication Docteur Patient (DPC) depuis leur visite chez le médecin généraliste.
Il permettra de calculer un score DPC.
