この「ビフォア アフター」前向き多施設共同研究の目的は、6 つの患者情報リーフレット (PIL) が医師患者コミュニケーション スケール (DPC) および緊急病棟における一般的な急性疾患のアドヒアランス スケールに与える影響を評価することです。

詳細な説明
2 つの救急病棟で、一般的な急性疾患 (感染性大腸炎、憩室炎、肺炎、前立腺炎、腎盂腎炎、足首捻挫) の医師患者コミュニケーション スケール (DPC) とアドヒアランス スケールに対する 6 つの患者情報リーフレット (PIL) の影響を評価します。
介入なしの「前」研究の場合:PILなしの通常の相談。
介入を伴う「研究後」の場合 : 患者は、診察中に自分の病気に関連する PIL を与えられます。
データ収集は、DPC 尺度については自記式アンケートによる相談と同じ日に行われ、DPC 尺度および遵守尺度については電話調査による相談の 7 ~ 10 日後に行われます。
