- 피험자는 스크리닝 방문 시 9세 이상의 남성 또는 여성입니다.
- 피험자는 스크리닝 및 기준선에서 중등도의 여드름이 있습니다.
- 피험자는 임신 가능성이 없는 여성입니다.
- 피험자는 임신 테스트 결과가 음성인 가임 여성이고 엄격하게 금욕하거나 연구 기간 동안 및 마지막 연구 약물 적용 후 적어도 1개월 동안 효과적이고 승인된 피임 방법을 사용하는 데 동의하는 여성입니다.
제외 기준:
- 대상체는 심각한 형태의 여드름(예를 들어, 덩어리 여드름, 전격성 여드름) 또는 2차 여드름 형태(예를 들어, 염소여드름, 약물 유발 여드름 등)를 갖는다.
- 피험자가 시험에 참여하는 경우 피험자가 시험 결과의 해석을 방해하고 및/또는 피험자를 상당한 위험에 빠뜨릴 수 있는(조사자의 판단에 따라) 임의의 제어되지 않거나 심각한 질병 또는 임의의 의학적 또는 외과적 상태를 가집니다.
- 대상자는 기준선 방문 전 1개월 이내에 과도한 자외선(UV) 방사선에 노출되었거나 대상자는 연구 동안 강렬한 UV 노출을 계획하고 있습니다(즉, 태양에 대한 직업적 노출, 일광욕, 태닝 살롱 사용, 광선 요법 등). )
