상세 설명
휴대용/외래 산소 공급원이 있는 호흡 반응 가변 볼루스 산소 보존 장치를 사용하여 품질 개선을 결정하기 위해 지정된 간격으로 관찰 기간 동안 피험자를 선별하고 과학적으로 검증된 설문지를 관리하는 전향적 관찰 연구에서 피험자를 평가합니다. 기능적 능력, 호흡곤란, 산소포화도, 삶의 질을 1차 평가변수로, 휴대용 산소원 이용, 건강 관리 이용을 2차 평가변수로 개선했습니다.

설명
포함 기준:
- 만성 폐쇄성 폐질환(COPD)의 일차 진단
- 동의 당시 임상적으로 안정적인 질병
- 현재 24시간 산소 처방
- 휴식 또는 활동 시 이전 또는 현재 산소 측정 불포화(한 번에 ≤88%)
- 가장 높게 측정된 FEV1, 70% 예측됨; 그리고
- 가장 높게 측정된 FEV1/FVC, 70% 예측
- 정보에 입각한 동의를 제공할 수 있음
- 휴대용 탱크인 휴대용 산소 공급원을 현재 사용 중
- 보행기, 지팡이 또는 보행보조기가 없는 이동성
- 휴식 및 활동 시 휴대용 산소 공급원에서 Spo2 ≥ 90%
- 동의 당시 비흡연자
제외 기준:
- 심혈관 질환 - New York Heart Association Functional Class III
- 기능적 능력이 제한된 퇴행성 뼈 또는 관절 질환
- 현재 노숙자
- 활성 약물/알코올 의존
- 지난 2년 이내의 최근 약물 또는 알코올 남용 이력
- 동의 당시 임상적으로 불안정
- 현재 흡연자
