描述
纳入标准:
- 慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的初步诊断
- 同意时临床稳定的疾病
- 目前一天 24 小时的氧气处方
- 以前或当前的静息或活动时血氧饱和度下降(一次≤88%)
- 最高测量 FEV1,预测值的 70%;和
- 最高测量的 FEV1/FVC,预测值的 70%
- 能够给予知情同意
- 目前使用的便携式氧气源是便携式氧气瓶
- 无需助行器、手杖或助行车即可行动
- 在休息和活动时使用便携式氧气源时 Spo2 ≥ 90%
- 同意时不吸烟
排除标准:
- 心血管疾病 - 纽约心脏协会心功能 III 级
- 功能受限的退行性骨或关节疾病
- 目前无家可归者
- 活跃的药物/酒精依赖
- 最近两年内吸毒或酗酒史
- 同意时临床不稳定
- 目前吸烟者
