상세 설명
이 연구의 주요 목표는 만성 편마비에서 결합된 tDCS와 로봇 상지 훈련의 여러 세션이 상지 운동 장애의 임상적 개선으로 이어지는지 여부를 평가하는 것입니다. 피험자 내 반복 측정 설계를 사용하는 만성 뇌졸중 환자(부상 후 > 6개월, 안정적인 편측 운동 결손)에서 우리는 12주간의 로봇 상지 훈련(3x/주, 36회 세션, 어깨/팔꿈치/손목)의 효과를 평가합니다. 각 세션에서) 로봇 훈련 전에 실제 또는 가짜 tDCS를 사용합니다. 훈련 후 상지 Fugl-Meyer(1차), Medical Research Council 모터 파워 점수(MRC), Wolf Motor Function Test, Barthel Index 및 Stroke Impact Scale(2차) 결과 측정의 변화에 의해 임상적 개선이 결정됩니다. , 그리고 6개월 후에 다시 평가했습니다.

포함 기준:
- 최소 6개월 전에 발생한 뇌 영상(MRI 또는 CT 스캔)으로 진단이 확인된 첫 번째 단일 국소 편측 병변
- 1-2 단계 명령을 따르는 기능
- 66개 중 7~58개의 Fugl-Meyer 평가(어깨, 팔꿈치 및 손목 근육의 편마비 또는 완전히 회복된 운동 기능 없음).
제외 기준:
- 영향을 받는 사지의 고정된 수축 기형;
- 모든 어깨 및 팔꿈치 운동 기능의 완전하고 완전한 이완 마비;
- 출혈성 뇌졸중
- tDCS/TMS 위험 요인의 존재
