상세 설명
무작위로 선택된 수술실에서 진정제를 투여받는 두 명의 환자는 병원성 박테리아의 전파를 감지하기 위해 일련의 방식으로 평가됩니다.
환자 치료는 본 연구 참여로 인해 변경되지 않습니다. 환자는 일반적인 관행에 따라 진정 및 수술을 받게 됩니다.
이 연구는 각 시술 전후에 수술실의 다양한 장소에서 미생물 배양을 수행하는 것을 포함합니다.
두 환자가 잠든 후와 정맥 튜브에서 배양액도 채취합니다.
두 환자 모두 마취과의사, 외과의사 및 수술팀, cRNA 및 간호 직원으로부터 배양물을 얻을 것입니다.
미생물학적 분석을 위해 연구실로 이송되기 전에 각 배양물은 비식별화되고 연구 ID 번호가 부여됩니다.
수술 후 30일 동안 환자의 의료 기록을 검토하여 잠재적인 병원 획득 감염 문서를 감시합니다.
