病原性細菌の伝播を検出するために、ランダムに選択された手術室で鎮静を受けている 2 人の患者が連続的に評価されます。
この研究への参加によって患者ケアが変わることはありません。患者は通常の診療に従って鎮静と手術を受けます。
この研究には、各手術の前後に手術室のさまざまな場所から微生物培養物を採取することが含まれます。
培養は、2人の患者の就寝後と静脈チューブからも採取される。
麻酔科医、外科医とその手術チーム、cRNA、看護スタッフも両方の患者から培養物を入手します。
各培養物は、微生物学的アッセイのために研究室に輸送される前に、匿名化され、研究 ID 番号が与えられます。
患者の医療記録は手術後 30 日間精査され、院内感染の可能性が文書化されていないか調査されます。

- 末梢静脈カテーテルおよび/または中心静脈カテーテルの留置が必要
- 婦人科/腫瘍学、結腸直腸、開腹血管、全関節または心臓血管の手術を受けている。
除外基準:
- 18歳未満
- 末梢静脈カテーテルおよび/または中心静脈カテーテルの留置を必要としません。
