배경: 유방암은 전 세계 및 싱가포르 여성에게 가장 흔한 암입니다. 질병 자체 외에도 수술을 받는 것은 환자에게 스트레스가 많은 사건입니다. 그들 중 많은 사람들이 신체적, 심리적 문제를 가지고 있습니다. 모바일 기술을 사용하는 일부 개입으로 환자/생존자의 건강 결과를 개선하기 위해 다양한 심리사회적 개입이 개발되었습니다. 그러나 이러한 환자 그룹을 위한 포괄적인 수술 전후 솔루션을 개발한 스마트폰 기반 솔루션은 없습니다.
목표: 이 연구의 목표는 (1) 유방암 수술을 받는 여성을 위한 혁신적 치료 개선 스마트폰 기반 수술 전후 솔루션(iCareBreast) 개발; (2) iCareBreast가 참가자의 자기효능감(주요 결과), 불안 및 우울증, 통증 및 피로, 삶의 질, 수술 전후 관리 만족도의 건강 결과에 미치는 효과를 조사합니다. (3) iCareBreast의 강점과 약점에 대한 참가자의 인식을 탐구합니다.
연구 질문:
- 일상적인 관리와 iCareBreast를 함께 받는 참가자는 단독으로 일상적인 관리를 받는 참가자와 비교할 때 더 높은 수준의 자기효능감을 보고합니까?

가설 통제 그룹의 참가자와 비교하여 일상적인 관리와 iCareBreast를 받는 개입 그룹의 사람들은 다음을 보고할 것입니다.
- 높은 수준의 자기효능감,
- 낮은 수준의 불안과 우울증,
- 낮은 수준의 통증과 피로,
- 더 높은 수준의 삶의 질, 그리고
- 수술 전후 관리에 대한 만족도가 높아집니다.
방법: 두 그룹의 사전 및 사후 테스트 무작위 대조 시험이 수행됩니다. 유방암 진단을 받고 유방 수술이 필요한 적격 여성 총 112명이 싱가포르의 공공 3차 병원 유방 부서에서 모집됩니다. 참가자는 개입 그룹(병원과 iCareBreast에서 제공하는 일상적인 관리를 받음) 또는 통제 그룹(병원에서 제공하는 일상적인 관리만 받음)에 무작위로 할당됩니다. 자기효능감, 불안 및 우울증, 통증 및 피로, 삶의 질 및 수술 전후 관리에 대한 만족도의 결과는 관련 유효하고 신뢰할 수 있는 도구로 두 시점(기준선 및 사후 테스트)에서 측정됩니다. 개입 그룹의 약 15명의 참가자는 iCareBreast에 대한 의견을 조사하기 위해 반구조화 인터뷰에 참여하도록 초대됩니다. 정량적 데이터는 SPSS로 분석하고 정성적 데이터는 내용분석을 이용하여 분석한다.
연구의 의의: 이 연구는 iCareBreast를 개발하여 유방암 수술을 받는 여성이 질병에 대한 교육, 신체적, 심리적 및 사회적 지원을 받고 의료 종사자와 환자 간의 상호 작용을 가능하게 하는 플랫폼을 제공할 것입니다. 이 연구는 참가자의 앞서 언급한 건강 결과를 개선하기 위해 iCareBreast의 예비 효과를 생성할 것이며, 이는 환자 치료를 개선하기 위해 향후 임상 실습의 변화를 안내하는 데 사용될 것입니다. 모바일 건강은 환자 참여를 강화하고 의료 제공자가 회복 진행 상황을 모니터링할 수 있도록 하는 저비용 통신 도구로서의 가능성을 가지고 있습니다. 이 연구는 또한 다른 외과적 필요가 있는 환자들에게 유사한 솔루션을 구현하기 위한 추가 연구의 필요성을 알려줄 것입니다.

- 정신 질환을 앓고 있거나 인지 기능이 손상된 경우
- 전년도의 알코올 또는 약물 남용;
- 의료 기록에서 확인된 불안 장애 및 기타 기분 장애; 그리고
- 지난 6개월 동안 사별 기간에 있었습니다.

실험적: 개입 그룹: iCareBreast 플러스 정기 관리
개입 그룹의 참가자는 병원(대조 그룹과 동일)에서 제공하는 일상적인 관리와 i) 수술 전 교육 및 지침을 제공하는 iCareBreast 모바일 앱을 받게 됩니다. ii) 수술 후 교육, 지침 및 회복 계획; iii) 긍정적인 심리적 지원; 및 iv) 사회적 지원.
총 개입 기간은 29일(수술 전 14일, 수술 당일, 수술 후 14일)이다.

ICareBreast BuddyCare 모바일 앱은 환자를 위한 대화형 수술 준비 및 회복 앱입니다.
환자의 수술 전후 여정을 지원하는 환자 중심 관리 조정 및 환자 참여 모바일 앱입니다.
이 앱은 수술 전 2주부터 수술 후 2주까지 환자에게 수술 전후 여정 전반에 걸쳐 일상적인 정보를 제공합니다.
한편 의료 전문가는 환자의 앱 사용을 모니터링할 수 있습니다.
즉, iCareBreast 앱은 효율적이고 사용자 친화적인 대화형 타임라인을 통해 수술 관련 절차 및 치료에 대한 모든 정보를 환자에게 제공합니다.
환자는 앱을 사용할 수 있도록 매일 팝업 알림을 받게 됩니다.
이 앱의 목적은 각 환자가 환자로서 자신을 돌보는 데 집중할 수 있도록 하는 것입니다.

MFSI-SF는 30개 항목으로 구성되어 있습니다.
응답자는 이전 1주 동안 각 증상을 경험한 정도를 표시합니다(0 = 전혀 그렇지 않음, 4 = 매우 심함).
