텍사스주 엘패소의 걷기 참여도를 개선하기 위한 증거 기반 개입
조사관은 50,000 for Life(50K4Life)가 30개 공립학교 교직원의 걷기 참여를 향상시키기 위해 2단계 적응 개입을 제공함으로써 30개 공립학교 교직원의 걷기 참여를 향상시키는 데 효과적인지 테스트할 것입니다. 1단계에서는 모든 학습 학교가 50K4Life 전용 또는 50K4Life + SMS 문자 메시지 그룹에 무작위로 배정됩니다.
2단계에서 무응답 학교는 2개의 6개월 적응 치료 중 하나에 무작위로 배정됩니다. a) 원격 교육 모듈(REM)과 월별 일대일 전화 기반 코칭을 포함하는 개인 수준 개입, 또는 , b) 그룹 교육 세션, 학교 환경 수정(층 거리 표시, 복도 및 휴게실 표지판, 판촉물), 근무 시간/주말 그룹 산책/하이킹을 포함하는 학교 수준의 개입. 일주일에 50,000보를 달성한 참가자가 50% 이상인 학교는 1단계 조건을 계속 유지합니다. 중재 전략은 보건 교육자가 조정하고 Pathverse 앱을 사용하여 관리됩니다. 데이터 수집은 기준 시점, 8주(2단계 무작위 결정 시점), 8개월(개입 후 즉시), 12개월(개입 후 4개월), 18개월(개입 후 10개월) 총 18개월에 이루어집니다. 수개월의 연구 참여.
