이것의 목표는 CKD가 있는 청소년 64명을 대상으로 12주간의 신체 활동 중재의 효능을 테스트하는 것입니다.

상세 설명
만성 신장 질환(CKD)을 앓고 있는 청소년의 경우 심혈관 질환(CVD)은 이환율과 조기 사망의 주요 원인입니다.
신체 활동은 건강과 삶의 질을 결정하는 요소로 잘 알려져 있지만, 만성콩팥병을 앓고 있는 청소년은 건강한 또래에 비해 신체 활동이 적습니다.
CKD가 있는 청소년의 신체 활동을 증가시키는 효과적인 전략을 식별하는 것은 결과 개선에 매우 중요합니다.
연구자들은 CKD가 있는 청소년 64명을 대상으로 12주 신체 활동 중재의 효능을 테스트할 예정입니다.
MOST(Multiphase Optimization Strategy) 프레임워크에 따라 최적화 시험에서는 일일 평균 중등도에서 격렬한 신체 활동을 15분씩 증가시키는 중재 구성 요소를 식별합니다. 이는 임상적으로 의미 있는 증가입니다.

- 아직 투석 또는 이식을 받지 않은 CKD II기 - V기의 진단

- 부모/보호자의 허가(사전 동의) 및 해당하는 경우 아동의 동의
간병인 참가자의 경우:
- 등록된 청소년 참가자의 부모/법적 보호자

제외 기준:
청소년 참가자의 경우:
- 임신 또는 수유 중
- 비보행 가능
- 기준시점에서 높은 신체 활동을 가짐(MVPA 하루 45분 초과)
- 런인 기간 동안 2일 미만의 신체 활동 데이터 제공
- 심장이나 폐 질환 등 신체 활동을 안전하게 수행할 수 없는 질환이 있는 경우
- 고형 장기 이식을 받은 경우
- 영어 능력이 제한적입니다.
