상세 설명
연구의 배경과 이론적 근거:
간호학과 학생들은 일반적으로 산부인과 및 유아 관리 임상 환경에서 준비가 되어 있지 않거나 역량이 부족하다고 느낀다고 보고했습니다. 또한 간호사들은 신규 졸업생의 임상 추론 능력이 저하되어 유아의 질이 저하되거나 산모의 결과가 저하될 수 있다는 점을 우려하고 있습니다. 이러한 중요성에도 불구하고 특히 코로나19 팬데믹 기간 동안 더 많은 임상 기회를 제공하기는 어렵습니다. 충실도가 높은 시뮬레이션 기반 학습(HFS)은 마네킨이 '실제' 상황에서의 실습과 유사점을 인용하여 이론과 실습 사이의 격차를 해소하는 데 도움이 될 수 있습니다. 다양한 시나리오, 사전 브리핑 및 디브리핑을 HFS에 통합함으로써 학생들은 학습 경험을 향상시킬 수 있습니다. 그러나 간호대학생의 육아 및 모유수유에 HFS의 사용을 구체적으로 조사한 연구가 부족합니다. 지식과 기술, 문제 해결 능력, 학습 경험을 포함한 학습 결과에 대한 HFS의 영향은 불분명합니다.

개입 그룹의 경우 고충실도 시뮬레이션 세션이 더 일찍 준비됩니다. . |
이 개입은 신생아 평가, 관리 실습, 피부 대 피부 접촉 및 모유 수유에 초점을 맞춘 2시간짜리 충실도가 높은 시뮬레이션 교육 세션입니다. SimBaby 마네킹과 모유 수유 모델을 사용하여 병원 환경을 모방합니다. 시나리오는 간호학생의 학습 수준에 맞춰져 있으며 숙련된 조산사가 검토합니다. 교육에는 다음이 포함됩니다. 사전 브리핑: 학습 목표, 시나리오 배경, 시뮬레이션 숙지, 기밀 유지 토론 및 기본 규칙 소개. 중재: 아기 돌보기 및 모유 수유에 대한 시나리오 기반 교육. 디브리핑: 시뮬레이션 교육자가 검토한 플러스-델타 디브리핑 모델입니다. 교육은 간호 시뮬레이션 연구실에서 진행됩니다.
기존 교육에는 강의, 튜토리얼 및 저충실도 마네킹을 사용한 기본 실습이 포함됩니다.
