소아암 생존자를 위한 생활 및 학업 준비 (PLAY)
소외된 지역 사회의 어린 시절 암 생존자의 신경 발달 결과를 개선하기 위한 디지털 건강 개입
이 임상 시험의 목표는 젊은 생존자를 위한 삶과 학업 준비 프로그램(PLAY)이라고 불리는 어린 소아암 생존자의 간병인을 위한 온라인 프로그램을 테스트하고 개선하는 것입니다. PLAY 프로그램은 암에 걸린 어린 아동을 돌보는 사람들과 의료 서비스 제공자들과 함께 만들어졌습니다. 궁극적으로 우리는 이 프로그램이 긍정적인 양육 행동을 개선하고, 보호자의 스트레스를 줄이고, 어린 자녀가 학교에 갈 준비를 하는 데 도움이 될 수 있는지 확인하기를 희망합니다. 본 임상시험의 예비 단계에서 우리는 다음 질문에 답하는 것을 목표로 합니다.

- 앞으로 PLAY 프로그램은 어떻게 개선될 수 있나요?
아동이 유지 단계 요법 또는 암 치료 중단으로 전환하는 경우, 보호자는 연구 시작 시 설문조사에 참여하고 완료하도록 초대될 뿐만 아니라 아동과의 비디오 녹화된 상호 작용 작업에도 참여하게 됩니다. 어린이들은 프로그램 시작 시 간단한 발달 테스트를 완료하게 됩니다.
그런 다음 간병인은 PLAY 프로그램을 완료하게 됩니다. 여기에는 7개의 주간 또는 격주 온라인 모듈을 완료하고 훈련된 코치와 화상 회의를 통해 3개월에 걸쳐 최대 8회의 1시간 세션이 포함됩니다. 세션은 자녀가 학교에 갈 준비를 하고 가족이 스트레스에 적응하고 대처하도록 돕는 데 중점을 둘 것입니다.

실험적: 청소년 생존자를 위한 삶과 학업 준비(PLAY) 프로그램
PLAY는 유아기 암 생존자(3-6세)의 보호자를 위한 디지털 건강 개입 프로그램으로, 7개의 자가 진행 웹 모듈과 주간 또는 격주로 진행되는 최대 10회의 가상 코칭 세션(7회 정규 세션 및 최대 3회 부스터 세션)으로 구성됩니다.
모듈 내용은 심리 교육과 긍정적 양육 기술에 중점을 두며, 코칭은 긍정적 양육 기술의 실시간 실습에 중점을 둡니다.

PLAY 프로그램은 소아암 생존자의 간병인을 위해 만들어진 웹 기반 프로그램입니다.

코딩 체계는 긍정적 양육 행동(즉, 따뜻함, 상황에 맞는 반응성, 유지, 언어적 비계, 시범/신체적 교수)에 대한 1~5점 리커트 척도 평가를 포함합니다.
