상세 설명
ACES (Adverse Childhood Experiences)는 심각한 공중 보건 문제로 구성되어 있으며, 미국의 거의 절반과 성인의 60% 이상에 영향을 미칩니다.
높은 ACES 노출 (즉, 4 개 이상의 ACE)은 자기 조절 (즉, 인식, 감정 및 행동을 관리하는 과제)을 초래하고 알코올 및 물질 사용 (예 : 자기 중상 가설) 및 기타 Biopsychosocial의 조기 시작으로 이어질 수 있습니다. 심장 대사 위험 (예 : 심박수 변동성 감소 [HRV], 체중 및 혈압 증가, 수면 장애), 정서적 및/또는인지 조절 조절과 같은 반응.
