Beschrijving
Inclusiecriteria:
- Volwassene ≥18 jaar op het moment van inschrijving
- Proefpersonen met een positieve COVID-19-diagnose door RT-PCR of serologische tests
- Proefpersoon (of wettelijk gemachtigde vertegenwoordiger) moet bereid, begripvol en in staat zijn om schriftelijke geïnformeerde toestemming te geven.
Alleen bij fase 2:
- het begin van de symptomen mag niet langer dan 4 weken duren
- IC-patiënten
- Verhouding PaO2 tot FiO2 < 200
Uitsluitingscriteria:
Algemeen
- Indicaties voor therapeutische antistolling
- Geschiedenis van chronische longziekte zuurstofafhankelijk
- Zwangerschap
- Dood beschouwd als dreigend en onvermijdelijk binnen 24 uur
- Patiënten onder exclusieve palliatieve zorg
- Deelname aan een andere proef met een onderzoeksgeneesmiddel
- Lichaamsgewicht < 40 Kg
- Totaal bilirubine > 20 mg/dL
- Ernstige actieve bloeding
- Aanhoudende GI-bloeding
- Bekende allergie voor UFH of LMWH
- Geschiedenis van door heparine geïnduceerde trombocytopenie (HIT) in de afgelopen 6 maanden
Uitsluitingscriteria bij fase 1
- Aantal bloedplaatjes < 25.000/mm3
- Bacteriële endocarditis
Uitsluitingscriteria bij fase 2
- Aantal bloedplaatjes < 50.000/mm3
- Geschiedenis van de operatie in de afgelopen 30 dagen
- Interventie A: allergie voor ASA en langdurig gebruik van bloedplaatjesaggregatieremmers
- Interventie B: gebruik van geïnhaleerd stikstofmonoxide
