Gedetailleerde beschrijving

Beschrijving
Inclusiecriteria:
Histologisch bewezen niet-kleincellige longkanker (kernbiopsie vereist).
- Squameuze of niet-squameuze histologie
ECOG-prestatiestatus 0-1

- Leukocyten ≥ 2.000/mm3
- Absoluut aantal neutrofielen (ANC) ≥ 1000/mm3
- Aantal bloedplaatjes ≥ 100.000/mm3
- Hemoglobine ≥ 9 g/dl
Vrouwelijke CrCl = (140 - leeftijd in jaren) x gewicht in kg x 0,85 72 x serumcreatinine in mg/dL
Mannelijke CrCl = (140 - leeftijd in jaren) x gewicht in kg x 1,00 72 x serumcreatinine in mg/dL
