Plasmabiomarker voor het voorspellen van de respons en toxiciteit bij patiënten met hepatocellulair carcinoom die worden behandeld met checkpoint-remmers, met of zonder sterotatische lichaamsradiotherapie
Dit is een prospectieve studie om de biomarkers te onderzoeken bij het voorspellen van de behandelresultaten en toxiciteit bij patiënten met hepatocellulair carcinoom (HCC) die immuuncheckpointremmers krijgen met of zonder stereotactische lichaamsradiotherapie (SBRT).

Inclusiecriteria:
Eerste Cohort (SBRT+IO):
- Niet-reseceerbare HCC bevestigd door multidisciplinair team
- Tumorgrootte 5-15 cm
- Aantal laesie(s) ≤ 3
- Geen hoofdpoortader of inferieure vena cava-trombose
- ECOG-prestatiestatus 0-1
- Child-Pugh-klasse A-B7
- Levervolume minus bruto tumorvolume > 700 ml
- Voldoende orgaanfunctie
- Geen eerdere systemische therapie, immunotherapie, TACE, radiotherapie of radio-embolisatie
Tweede cohort (alleen IO):
- BCLC stadium C HCC
- ECOG-prestatiestatus 0-1
- Child-Pugh-klasse A5-B9
- Voldoende orgaanfunctie

Het immuunprofiel van het perifere bloed voorafgaand aan de behandeling is voorspellend voor een aanhoudende respons op radio-embolisatie, en voorspelt daarmee de werkzaamheid en toxiciteit van de behandeling bij HCC-patiënten die immunotherapie met of zonder SBRT kregen
