Dette var en multisenter, prospektiv, 5-årig overvåkingsstudie av ca. 5000 Raptiva-behandlede pasienter og ca. 500 ikke-Raptiva-behandlede pasienter (tidligere 2500 sammenligningspasienter som ble behandlet med en annen biologisk terapi enn Raptiva) med kronisk moderat til alvorlig plakkpsoriasis som var kandidater for behandling med Raptiva.

Inklusjonskriterier:

  • Har noen gang hatt en leges diagnose av kronisk moderat til alvorlig plakkpsoriasis og være en kandidat for behandling med Raptiva
  • Blir behandlet med eller starter Raptiva-terapi på tidspunktet for registrering
  • Kunne gi skriftlig informert samtykke
  • Være villig og i stand til å delta fullt ut i løpet av pasientoppfølgingen (5 år)

Ekskluderingskriterium:

  • Har tidligere mottatt minst én dose Raptiva og bruker for øyeblikket ikke eller starter på nytt behandling med Raptiva på tidspunktet for registrering
