Hovedmålet med denne kliniske studien er å vurdere radiografisk progresjonsfri overlevelse (rPFS) av BMS-986365 versus etterforskerens valg som omfatter Docetaxel + Prednison/Prednisolon eller Abiraterone + Prednison/Prednisolon eller Enzalutamid.

I del 1 vil deltakerne bli randomisert 1:1:1 til ett av de to BMS-986365 dosenivåene, eller til den aktive komparatorarmen (etterforskerens valg). I del 2 av studien vil deltakerne bli randomisert 1:1 mellom BMS-986365 valgt dose, eller til den aktive komparatorarmen (etterforskerens valg).

Inkluderingskriterier

  • Deltakerne må ha histologisk eller cytologisk bekreftelse på adenokarsinom i prostata uten småcellet eller nevro-endokrine trekk.
  • Deltakerne må ha nåværende bevis på metastatisk sykdom dokumentert ved enten beinlesjoner på radionuklidbeinskanning og/eller bløtvevslesjoner på computertomografi/magnetisk resonansavbildning (CT/MRI).
  • Deltakerne må være asymptomatiske eller mildt symptomatiske fra prostatakreft med skåre på Brief Pain Inventory - Short Form (BPI-SF) som må være < 4.
  • Deltakerne må ha hatt tidligere behandling med en androgenreseptorveihemmer (abirateron, enzalutamid, apalutamid eller darolutamid).

Eksklusjonskriterier

  • Deltakerne må ikke ha nedsatt hjertefunksjon eller klinisk signifikant hjertesykdom.
  • Deltakerne må ikke ha noen hjernemetastaser.
  • Deltakerne må ikke ha levermetastaser.
  • Deltakere med superskanning på technetium-99m (Tc-99m) radionuklidbeinskanning.
  • Andre protokolldefinerte inkluderings-/eksklusjonskriterier gjelder.
