Het primaire doel van dit klinische onderzoek is het beoordelen van de radiografische progressievrije overleving (rPFS) van BMS-986365 versus de keuze van de onderzoeker bestaande uit Docetaxel + Prednison/Prednisolon of Abiraterone + Prednison/Prednisolon of Enzalutamide.

In deel 1 worden de deelnemers 1:1:1 gerandomiseerd naar een van de twee dosisniveaus van BMS-986365, of naar de actieve vergelijkingsarm (naar keuze van de onderzoeker). In deel 2 van het onderzoek worden de deelnemers 1:1 gerandomiseerd tussen de geselecteerde dosis BMS-986365 of naar de actieve vergelijkingsarm (naar keuze van de onderzoeker).

Inclusiecriteria

  • Deelnemers moeten histologische of cytologische bevestiging hebben van adenocarcinoom van de prostaat zonder kleincellige of neuro-endocriene kenmerken.
  • Deelnemers moeten beschikken over actueel bewijs van metastatische ziekte, gedocumenteerd door botlaesies op een radionuclidebotscan en/of laesies in zacht weefsel op computertomografie/magnetische resonantiebeeldvorming (CT/MRI).
  • Deelnemers moeten asymptomatisch of licht symptomatisch zijn voor prostaatkanker en de score op Brief Pain Inventory - Short Form (BPI-SF) moet < 4 zijn.
  • Deelnemers moeten eerder zijn behandeld met een androgeenreceptorremmer (abirateron, enzalutamide, apalutamide of darolutamide).
