Det primære formål med dette kliniske forsøg er at vurdere den radiografiske progressionsfri overlevelse (rPFS) af BMS-986365 versus investigatorens valg omfattende Docetaxel + Prednison/Prednisolon eller Abiraterone + Prednison/Prednisolon eller Enzalutamid.

I del 1 vil deltagerne blive randomiseret 1:1:1 til et af de to BMS-986365 dosisniveauer eller til den aktive komparatorarm (forskerens valg). I del 2 af undersøgelsen vil deltagerne blive randomiseret 1:1 mellem BMS-986365 valgt dosis eller til den aktive komparatorarm (forskerens valg).

Inklusionskriterier

  • Deltagerne skal have histologisk eller cytologisk bekræftelse af adenocarcinom i prostata uden småcellede eller neuro-endokrine træk.
  • Deltagerne skal have aktuelt bevis på metastatisk sygdom dokumenteret ved enten knoglelæsioner på radionuklid-knoglescanning og/eller bløddelslæsioner på computertomografi/magnetisk resonansbilleddannelse (CT/MRI).
  • Deltagerne skal være asymptomatiske eller mildt symptomatiske fra prostatacancer med en score på Brief Pain Inventory - Short Form (BPI-SF), der skal være < 4.
  • Deltagerne skal have haft tidligere behandling med en androgenreceptor-pathway-hæmmer (abirateron, enzalutamid, apalutamid eller darolutamid).

Eksklusionskriterier

  • Deltagerne må ikke have nedsat hjertefunktion eller klinisk signifikant hjertesygdom.
  • Deltagerne må ikke have nogen hjernemetastaser.
  • Deltagerne må ikke have nogen levermetastaser.
  • Deltagere med superscanning på technetium-99m (Tc-99m) radionuklid-knoglescanninger.
  • Andre protokol-definerede inklusion/eksklusionskriterier gælder.
