Grupa 1: LP na początku badania i na koniec tygodnia 5. Tydzień 5 to optymalny punkt czasowy do oceny stężenia kladrybiny w płynie mózgowo-rdzeniowym
|
Wszyscy uczestnicy otrzymają tabletki 10 mg kladrybiny w dawce skumulowanej 3,5 mg/kg podzielone na 2 cykle leczenia zgodnie z zaleceniami Stanów Zjednoczonych (USPI) (1,75 mg/kg na cykl leczenia; rok 1. i rok 2. leczenia).
Pacjenci zostaną losowo przydzieleni w stosunku 1:2:2:1, aby otrzymać łącznie 2 nakłucia lędźwiowe w określonych punktach czasowych podczas cyklu leczenia.
