Opis
Kryteria przyjęcia:
- (1) Wiek od 7 do 12 lat.
- (2) Grupa PS128 i grupa placebo: Dzieci z zaburzeniami ze spektrum autyzmu, potwierdzone Harmonogramem Obserwacji Diagnostyki Autyzmu.
- (3) Normalna grupa kontrolna: Dzieci bez zaburzeń ze spektrum autyzmu.
Kryteria wyłączenia:
- (1) Przyjmowanie antybiotyków w ciągu jednego miesiąca.
- (2) Probiotyki stosowane w proszku, kapsułkach lub tabletkach w ciągu dwóch tygodni (z wyjątkiem jogurtu, jogurtu, jakultu i innych pokrewnych produktów spożywczych).
- (3) Pacjenci z wątrobowo-żółciowym przewodem pokarmowym, którzy przeszli operację (z wyjątkiem operacji przepukliny i appendektomii)
- (4) Osoby ze specjalnymi dietami (bezglutenowe, bezkazeinowe, wysokobiałkowe i ketogeniczne).
- (5) Osoby z historią raka.
- (6) Ci, którzy są uczuleni na bakterie kwasu mlekowego.
- (7) Nie kwalifikuje się w ocenie PI

Pacjenci będą przyjmować kapsułki PS128 codziennie (2 kapsułki dziennie, raz) przez 12 tygodni.

Każda kapsułka PS128 zawierała > 3 × 10^10 jednostek tworzących kolonie (CFU) z celulozą mikrokrystaliczną i ważyła 425 ± 25 mg.
