  • 有足够的痛苦来证明使用全天候的阿片类药物是合理的

排除标准：

  • 与任何当前正在进行的研究相关，或之前参与过 Vicodin CR 研究
  • 对氢可酮、其他阿片类药物或对乙酰氨基酚过敏或有过严重反应
  • 不能停用止痛药，即使是在研究开始前的短时间内
  • 有任何临床上显着的疾病或近期受伤，或有任何显着的实验室异常，或最近进行过大手术，或计划进行手术
